JARED K. SPROLE: Mr. Sprole serves as an officer of Stelbar Oil Corporation, Inc. and focuses on business development and acquisitions. Prior to Stelbar, Jared held a variety of roles in private equity, commercial and investment banking, and industry. As a General Partner of Arcady Capital Company from 2011 to 2016, he raised private equity capital, helped acquire and manage two portfolio companies, Mountain Molding, LLC and ABI Group, and oversaw successful divestitures for each. His industrial experience includes merger & acquisition work for INVISTA S.a.r.L., a wholly owned subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc. He was a Principal of Saugatuck Capital Company where he served as a board member for portfolio companies and recapitalized and helped grow Floor & Décor Outlets of America. He began his career in investment banking with Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities, Inc. and earned an A.B. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia Business School.
